About This Project

BETTER TIMES is a warm feel good drama about three brothers and their father and how they cope with the loss of their mother. The film is filled with laughs and a big beating heart in the relationship of the three brothers. The film’s themes are family, grief, forgiveness and joy of life. The three brothers Oscar, Lukas and Karl decide to pay a visit to their father after learning that their family bakery is facing bankruptcy. Before long, they find out that the situation is much more dire than first anticipated. Now the family must band together in order to save the bakery and in doing so face the grief of losing their mother that separated them in the first place.
